twists (medicine ball): 3 x 20 x 15#
pull-ups: 4, 3, 3, 2.5
curls (straight bar): 15 x 43, 10 x 48, 10 x 48
dips: 8, 7, 7
lat pull-down: 7 x 10, 10 x 9, 8 x 10
back extension: 10, 10, 10 (last one w/8# medicine ball)
Shoulder Db raise: 10 x 30 (only did one set b/c elbow was not feeling good)
