LCM.
1000 drills, some w/forearm fulcrum, snorkel
2 x 100 Golf (add strokes + time) \
1. 1:20 (65 strokes) - 145
2: 1:24 (68 strokes) - 152
500 drill/snorkel - 32 strokes on last 50 (w/liberal coast at the end)

1700m

All pretty long and easy. Worked DPS all day. My stroke count goes down by 2-3 strokes/50m when I kick. I've neglected my kick for most of the summer, it's showing. In the fall, I plan on doing more kicking and adding it to my (hopefully) improved pull.
