100 Br - 1:12.77 (35.0, 37.77)
100 Fr - 56.68 (27.17, 29.51)
100 Fly - 1:01.40 (28.66, 32.74)
100 Bk - 1:01.42 (30.14, 31.28)

Notes:
I need to pick up the backstroke split on that 200 IM. I should at least be able to swim a 34 pretty comfortably. I was too relaxed in that portion of the race. Next time I race it, I am going to try to work the back/breast 100 and see how that goes.

100 breaststroke is hovering around that 1:12-mid mark still. I haven't really done anything to try to bring that down. I try to do a few fast 50s breast in practice every week, and my 50 br times have been inching downward. Maybe it's time to put down a few fast 100s every week if I want to see that 100 time go down. My stroke was a 200 stroke on this race, though -- pretty long -- except for the last 12.5 yards where I tried to turn over faster. I feel like my stroke has gotten better and now I'm trying to gain more strength with the newer stroke.

100 free was... ok. Most of my free efforts in practice are longer, interval-based efforts. I'm not too concerned here but I'd like to get down to 55 or so.

100 fly was strange. My splits were 4 seconds apart, but I didn't feel like I was dying on the finish. The main thing that I can think of here is that I didn't keep my stroke long enough on the second 50, and tried to rush it too much. Since this is the first time I've swum the 100 fly since last year, I'll just have to get some more races in with it if I want to improve.

100 back was automatic. Scott told me I'm bouncing up and down a lot on my backstroke. I might want to do some drills focused on getting my energy into more of a straight line.

Ande Rassmussen's take on splitting

According to Ande's splitting information, my 100 back and 100 breast splits were about right. My 100 free and fly splits were just a bit too far apart. I'll have to start thinking about, and working on, my splitting in practice.
