It was more like 3000m of workout, then 2000m of kicking and drills. I worked a lot on my catch. I kinda forgot about my extension for a while, I have to get back to that. Also, I tried to keep track of my stroke count as much as possible. I was going between 34-38, depending on how tired I was getting. Pretty whipped today from a big day yesterday.
