I'm trying to get my fly endurance up, so I did the first set of 150's butterfly. It felt ok. I went 2:04 on the 150 fly without going too hard. Everything else felt pretty slow. I went 2:12 on the 150 breast when I thought I was faster. Not too bad, though, being at the end of a stroke set on a moderate interval. 3 months ago I was going 2:50-2:55 on a hard 200 with a lot of rest.

My free felt sluggish. I was gliding a lot and didn't ever get my turnover up much. Still feeling a little fatigued from Saturday, maybe. If we weren't leaving for Michigan tomorrow, I might have skipped and recovered today. I'll get up tomorrow and swim long course, then Thursday I'll rest.

After that, it's on to a few days of open water swimming at our camp in Michigan.
