Runner's World Exercise Ball Routine

I got this exercise ball routine from the July 2008 issue of Runner's World:
1. Wall-ball squats: back against the ball
2. Pushups w/feet on ball
3. Lunges, 1 foot on ball
4. Plank -- face down, straight as possible, engage abs for x amount of time
5. Dips
6. Situps on ball
7. Back extension, torso on ball
8. Oblique Twists on ball
