I don't really know what to do with my freestyle. I am not sure now what kind of depth I should go to. ON the one hand, I get faster turnover when I don't reach as deep. On the other hand, I get a longer stroke. Either way that I do it results in about the same time. I'm looking forward to getting my free filmed and critiqued next Wednesday. I think it will help me a lot.
One thing I can say for sure. No matter what I do, I'm better off in trying to get a continuous motion going on my pull. It's the main thing I can think to work on for the next week.
My strokes felt good. Leading with my head and looking down when I breathe helps my fly and breast a lot. I feel like it keeps me going forward more.
