Lat pulldown: 8 x 115, 5 x 125, 4 x 125, 2 x 95
Military(Smith): 10 x 105, 6 x 115, 4 x 125, 6 x 95
Seated Row: 12 x 95, 10 x 105, 7 x 115
12 minutes on stair stepper, got heart rate up to 130+ after 3 minutes, 140+ after 7
