1 x (200, 150, 100, 50 choice) did 200 IM, then 150 fly/bk/fly, 100 fly/bk, 50 fly, working the fly swims and going REALLY easy recovery on the back.

My shoulders/arms were fatigued today. The 6K didn't feel like it took that much out of me at the time, but I think that I was feeling the effects today. Still, I swam a pretty fast workout. I'm trying to work better turnover on my freestyle swims because I feel like I can swim with higher turnover rates without getting too tired. It's when I try to apply a lot of power also that I start wearing down quickly.
My first 200 IM was 3:05, maybe a shade under. It felt pretty good, but I stopped trying to get my times after that.
