12 x 50, @ 1:05, :55, :45 by 3's. Did fly on the middle 50
15 x 100 @ 1:45/1:40/1:35, 1:40/1:35/1:30, 1:35/1:30/1:25, 1:30/1:25/1:20, 1:30/1:25/1:20. I did fly/back on most of them up to #10
12 x 50 50 kick, 50 fast, 50 ez @ 4th pers. rest. Did fly on the fast ones

At the end of the set of 15 100's, I remembered that I need to work on pressing my chest down more. That helps me swim more "out in front".
