standard ab set

When I say "abs", this is what I usually do:
sit-ups
raised-leg sit-ups
double leg lift, arms flat on floor
right side crunches (lay on left side, crunch to ceiling)
right side curl-ups (", to right leg)
left side triangle raises (legs straight, left elbow on floor, relax+contract left side)
bicycles
push-ups
left side crunches
left side curl-ups
right triangle raise
ankle touches
twists
dips

As of right now, I do 20 of each
