I've been taking a break from weights until next week, but I did an exercise ball workout from Runner's World. It's a good, quick set I can do when I can't get out to the weight room.
20 wall squats
20 ball pushups
20 ball situps
20 ball lunges on each leg
15 dips
20 back extensions
20 oblique twists to each side
"plank" pose for 1:10
Then I did the standard ab set
