I may take 1 training cycle to try this. For now, it's just a source of ideas for different weights to add to my routine. I especially like the standing lat press and will be adding that one to my routine.
I'm also going to start doing the Gravitron workout once or twice a week. It seems like 3-5 minutes well spent.
