I did dryland at the East Boulder Rec Center today. They have some nice machines there.
Lat pull: 12 x 80, 10 x 100, 7 x 120
Twists: 15 x 12.5, 4 x 20, 6 x 15, 15 x 15
Pec Deck: 10 x 70, 7 x 80, 7 x 80
Pull-ups: 4, 4, 4
3 minutes on the Gravitron -- a hell of an upper body workout.
Crooked Bar Curls: 10 x 55, 7 x 65, 7 x 65
Incline Situps w/wt: 15 x 25, 15 x 35
