I was happy with my breaststroke 50 at the end. I felt like my breakouts on that swim were better than they've been. It really helps if I can pop them with some speed, and I think I might have been waiting too long on them before. There is definitely a sweet spot to hit.
Also, I managed to keep my hips up and move my torso + head as 1 (instead of lifting my head up).
