Standing lat press - 11 x #5 on Sybex, 8 x #6, 7 x #6
Leg curl - 15 x #6, 10 x #8
Box jumps, alternating leg - 30, 40
Woodcutter w/15 lb med ball - 15, 12
Incline bench - 12 x 135, 10 x 145, 3 x 165, 4 x 155, 8 x 135
Leg Extension - 15 x 105, 2 x 8 x 125
Abs - Changed it up today and did a lot of slow ab stuff + lie on back w/legs ~6" off ground and alt. leg lifts
