Next set, anything ending in 5 is fast free, 0 is ez choice, 100s have to be IM. Intervals are always on the next 30 or 60:
25, 50, 75, 50,
50, 75, 100, 75
75, 100, 125, 100
100, 125, 150, 125
Then I did 200 worth of breast drills, worked on pull w/paddles + pull buoy
