I got in today and just did a bunch of breaststroke drills. I worked mainly on a kick progression:
Push off drill
Underwater Kicks - working on keeping motion more continuous, small compact kicks instead of wide ones.
3-2-1 Drill - 3 Under, full stroke, 2 Under, full stroke, 1 under, full
My focus for now is going to be on making my whole stroke more compact. I'm going to work a lot on getting a much smaller, more hidden kick. Then I'm going to work on the stroke rhythm. I'll keep everything compact for a while and see how that goes before widening my pull, kick, etc, again.
