I worked on my body position in all strokes. Tried to get better about using my arms to balance myself. On the backstroke, I've really been working on getting my hips up more and trying to keep my back flat. Sometimes I'll sit in the water and that slows me down. Freestyle, too, I'm trying to keep my balance forward more.
