Then I did breaststroke drills for a while
1 x 50 Good Form - went 40
More drills - sculling, 'cobra', etc
1 x 50 Fast - went 37/38

I'm trying to get my hips up more and swim my breast more forward. I'm reworking some things... again... it'll all pay off :).
