I did dryland during breaktime.
20 minutes on the recumbent exercise bike. It's easier on my back, and I had some work-related reading to do ("Building a Web 2.0 Application").

Squats - 12 x 185, 12 x 205, 10 x 225
Lat pull down - 10 x 105, 9 x 115, 5 x 125
Seated Rows - 10 x 95, 7 x 105, 5 x 115
DB Overhead Tri - 12 x 40, 2 x (11 x 40)
