Emmett Hines on Front Quadrant Swimming

Swimming in Circles
Of Gravity and Air

Here's what I'm aiming at. I can feel a definite difference in my speed if I try to stay as long as possible. Catch-up drill swimming should be an excellent way to work on hitting the "passing zone" that Mr. Hines discusses. Today, I'm going to try to spend some time observing where my hands pass.
