I watched this video today: Jim Richardson Swim Clinic.
It made me realize that I really need to work on my tempo. I've spent a lot of the last month+ focusing on swimming with good form. Now, I think I need to work some more on swimming with a good tempo, also.
I'll keep working the "anchor" technique, as I have lately, but I'm going to try to work more on getting my tempo up.
Not today, though. Today I need a day off to rest my back and recover.
