4 x 50 @1:00 IM build
4 x 25 fast @45

}IM order, supposed to be close to goal IM splits.

I have 50 splits thanks to Lani but I left them in my car and don't have time to post them until later. It'd be an interesting way to split a 400 IM (2:11, 2:13).

My breaststroke was 35 something/39 something. The total time would be a great IM split, but I don't know if I'd want to split it like that. The funny thing is that the second 50 felt smoother and Lani thought it also looked better. Hmm. I'll have to think about building it more maybe. Hmmm.
