Goal for today was to just get in and loosen up after swimming lots of high intensity yardage last weekend.
1500 swim ez, drill, K w/snorkel
2 x 50 free fast @1:10 (29,28)
100 ez
2 x 50 free fast @1:00 (29,29)
200 ez
I'm going to start doing fast 50s of free pretty regularly for the next few weeks, to see if I can dial in that speed gear. I need it for the end of the 400 IM.
