200 drills
50 breast fast - 38
250 drills and ez swimming

Fly feels great.

Back -- can keep head relaxed, or get rotation, but not both :(. Have to work on it. I have a lot of bad habits ingrained from my years of beating up bk.

Br -- worked on kick timing more. Need to work on timing breakout so that I'm bringing my hands forward as I'm ready to break out. Sometimes I get caught underwater

Fr -- need to rotate hips more. I rotate my shoulders more than my hips. Should be moving both as a unit better
