4 x 25 breast faster, went 18s. I played with my kick timing. Lani told me that I kick a little late and it causes me to glide maybe too much. I really worked on "drawing the legs up" like this goswim video on kick timing. What jumped out right away, other than being just a hair late, is that I normally wind my kick up too much. I pull my heels pretty far in toward my butt, but that seems to be a hindrance. So I started working with just bringing my legs up as much as they get drawn up by my pull and then kicking. It feels smoother and faster.
2 x 25 breast fast, went 17s. I worked the timing and the smaller kick. It felt good.
