My fly feels great since I stopped letting my hands drift in toward the center. Still messing with the timing on my breaststroke. I have to work really hard to keep from kicking too late. Also, I worked on sneaking my hands up really tight on my pullouts.

Backstroke monster dance is fun. I still let my head loll around too much, though.

I felt crappy and swam pretty slowly until that last set of broken 200s. Then I went practice PBs on the 200s and on the 50s breast :). For masters' anyway.
