5/11/09 - cross-training

I stayed out of the water today and did some cross training instead. I'm just going to do some easy swimming this week--lots of drills and such--and do some cross training to keep my aerobic base up.

30 minute run w/my dogs
30 minutes of external rotation/injury prevention exercises, pull-ups, jump rope, core + stretching
