300 swim long
300 fr K, worked walls, SDK
200 IM dr/swim by 25

4 x 100 @1:30, DPS (1:08, 1:09s, 11 SPL, HR 140)

10 x 25 choice @whenever from mid pool, build into turns/good breakouts

1 x 50 breast cruise pace - 35.58, HR 150

200 ez

Everything felt smooth. My 50 breast was a nice, controlled, swim. Hopefully I can manage 4 of those in a row on the 200 breast :).
