05/14/09 - all the toys

200 scull - 50 front, 50 mid, 50 rear, 50 mixed

2 x 100 fly drill w/snorkel, lobed fins - alt nemo drill, R, L, 3R/3L
200 fly drill w/snorkel, lobed fins, Phelps drill - 1R/1 full/1L/1full

I don't generally use toys this much during a workout but it's an active recovery week so I'm mostly playing around with equipment and ideas. The USS coaches gave me carte blanche to use any and all of their team's equipment so I'm going through their closet and trying different toys.
