I wasn't planning on swimming with the USS team, but they started later than they usually do this morning, at my normal workout time. So they were there and I was there and I figured, what the heck?
I like their workouts. They do a nice mix of speed and aerobic stuff. I wish I had that kind of program when I was younger. For me, the resistance work really helps to let me know where my stroke needs work because I get nowhere if I'm not swimming with good form.
