300 ez swim
400 K mod
300 of different butterfly drills w/snorkel
-Nemo drill (3-4 kicks, then a pull, to work on timing)
-1-arm fly, working on keeping my arms low
-whale drill, working on timing, high elbow catch position
?? pull w/snorkel- didn't count yardage, just played with my hand pitch and worked on the relaxed hand thing
200 K ez
200 swim ez

25 minutes of easy dryland - injury prevention, light lifting, core work.
